Job Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Schedule appointments and conduct personal sales visits, telemarketing, and site inspections for both existing and prospective clients.

- Host decision-makers in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and participate in promotional activities with them.

- Follow up on lost business opportunities and communicate relevant information to your department head.
- Negotiate with clients and prepare offers/contracts for both individual and group business.
- Contribute to monitoring the conversion rates of the Group Department.

- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with the team to implement collective strategies.

- Plan and organize business trips to enhance brand visibility in key markets.
- Attend international fairs and roadshows to establish and nurture relationships during these events.
- Maintain regular interaction with key clients, focusing on high-profile guests.
- Ensure an efficient customer database system (OPERA) is maintained, which is crucial for generating sales activity reports.

- Keep clients updated on the latest hotel developments and inform management of any changes in client profiles.

- Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to secure new business for the hotel.

- Assist the Credit Department in timely follow-ups on outstanding account balances.
- Come prepared for weekly Sales and Revenue meetings.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with all Accor Regional and Global Sales Offices.
- Be knowledgeable about all fire, health, safety, emergency, and security protocols within the hotel.

- Keep the Director of Sales promptly informed of any issues or concerns to ensure timely corrective actions.

- Adhere to the Department and Hotel's standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information within the Department and Hotel.
- Execute duties, projects, and other assignments as directed by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a premium hotel environment.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with local culture and prior experience in the region.
- Fluency in English is essential.
