Job Summary

CENTURY SALES AND MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant Community Manager. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Community Division, ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties and delivering an outstanding living experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Community Managers with daily tasks and responsibilities, including office coverage and leasing activities.
  • Support Senior Manager and Director of Community Management with administrative duties and projects.
  • Field leasing calls, conduct unit tours, and review application processes to ensure a seamless resident experience.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, assign and complete maintenance requests, and maintain open communication with residents.
  • Enter work orders, manage vendors, and ensure the grounds of our communities are well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to achieve shared goals and objectives, aligning with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support HUD and REAC inspections, and assist with rent collection and transportation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager(s) and Director.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple disruptions.
  • High level of organization, flexibility, and dependability.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous industry experience, particularly in leasing, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry software and fair housing regulations is a plus.
