About Us

We are looking for a talented Sales Lead to join our team at LOFT Copley Place. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our associates.

**Job Description:**

The Sales Lead will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates
  • Assisting store leaders with onboarding and developing a high-performing team
  • Supporting an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged
  • Maintaining the highest visual and operational standards while focusing on customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred)
  • Management experience (preferred)
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
