Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing world-class customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the management team to analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to employees to ensure they understand customer needs and provide excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, administering and enforcing them across all staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, and sales.
  • Rental car experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
