Customer Service and Sales Representative

SalaryWe offer a competitive hourly wage of $20.25 per hour, with the opportunity to earn overtime at 1.5 times your regular rate. Additionally, you will receive a full range of medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits as part of our compensation package.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers who come to the counter to process their rentals. You will not only process customer rentals but also actively consult with customers on the type of rental they need, including any insurance or ancillary benefits or coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify and process customer rentals with accuracy and detail
- Persuasively sell optional services
- Process customer rental returns
- Conduct vehicle service and maintenance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience and sales skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail and computer literacy
- Proficiency in English and a valid driver's license
