Overview

This position oversees the sales function for multiple branches, driving business growth and customer relationships. The Sales Manager Branch Lead is responsible for implementing and managing staffing and sales activity plans to meet business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage performance and personnel functions for a team, ensuring operational soundness and delivering results that create value for customers and meet financial expectations.
  • Achieve individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to specific metrics and goals assigned.
  • Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
  • Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in sales, consumer, or business lending, including 3 years supervisory experience. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in sales, consumer, or business lending, including 3 years supervisory experience, are also acceptable.

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience.
