We are seeking highly motivated sales consultants to join our growing team at 3 Day Blinds (Sales). As a leading national retailer and manufacturer of custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters, we offer an unparalleled opportunity for success.
Our competitive compensation plan rewards your hard work and dedication, with a generous uncapped earning potential. You'll have the chance to earn a nationwide average of $94,000 annually in commission and bonus after just one year with the company.

Your Role:
- Match our products and services to clients' needs
- Closing appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition, building trust and credibility
- Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors
- Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
- Provide high-level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Be flexible to the needs of the business, including appointment scheduling and time off requests
