Job Title: Order Administration

Riverpoint Medical LLC is seeking a skilled Order Administration professional to join our team. As an Order Administration specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing customer orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve order discrepancies and improve overall order management processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to optimize order processing, pricing, and inventory management.
  • Oversee pricing maintenance and updates within our CRM and ERP systems.
  • Manage customer returns and exchanges, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution.
  • Create and maintain customer records in our ERP system, including financial, contact, and shipping information.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to develop new customer items and line extensions.
  • Coordinate with business departments to track new and existing customer orders, evaluate inventory, and enter complex orders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a CRM or ERP system.
  • Medical equipment manufacturing experience a plus.
