We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Martin Brower. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient selection, processing, and shipment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Selection and Processing: Safely and accurately select customer orders, build orders according to assigned load tickets, shrink wrap and label orders, and move completed orders to the loading dock area of the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as needed to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment within the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Sanitation and Housekeeping: Perform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty pallets.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds.
  • Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 6 plus months of general work experience.
