Job SummaryThe Administrative Specialist III is a key role in the MaineHealth Innovation division, providing a combination of administrative, operational, and project-based work that is essential to the mission of MaineHealth. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with people and thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.
Responsibilities- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare presentation materials in collaboration with the Vice President, showcasing the team's innovative work.
- Manage inventory, documents, and space to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Onboard new MaineHealth Innovation employees and clinical coaches, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Monitor and respond to general inquiries to the Innovation Center's communication channels, providing timely and accurate information.
- Greet care team members visiting MaineHealth Innovation, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role required.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
