Job Summary

This Per Diem Administrative Specialist II supports our Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) programs in MaineHealth's Department of Medical Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations while working closely with faculty and staff.
  • Prepare materials for courses, manage catering orders, make travel arrangements, and manage schedules and calendars.
  • Prepare, process, and track invoices and reimbursements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
