As a trusted resource and advocate for retail partners, you will collaborate closely with store owners to enhance their business operations, ensuring full compliance across all store types throughout your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives through role plays and side-by-side selling
- Inspect and drive marketing campaigns at retail stores
- Maintain and drive accountability of Boost brand standards in all stores in the territory
- Identify new retail points of distribution using local knowledge and real estate contacts
- Implement plans to exceed sales quota across the territory
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
- 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
- 1+ years selling wireless products or services
- Uncapped commission component with a potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals
- Company vehicle and company gas card provided
- Free cell phone service
