We're on a mission to revolutionize the automotive industry, and we need a talented Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities with auto-dealerships across the United States.

Your primary goal will be to sign up car dealerships onto our platform, either in person or through remote selling. You'll work closely with our Customer Success team to provide exceptional after-sales support and maximize customer retention. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate agreements, and resolve customer complaints will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute detailed sales plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to meet with auto-dealerships and promote our software solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrate software and services to prospective clients
  • Work with Customer Success to provide professional after-sales support and maximize customer retention
  • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Requirements:
  • Software sales experience to franchise auto dealerships
  • Auto dealership experience will be given additional consideration
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/business development role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot CRM or Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Determined, competitive, enthusiastic, and gritty
  • College degree preferred but not required
