Working Hours: Monday - Friday 3-7pm

Proud Moments ABA is a leading national organization in behavioral health, dedicated to delivering top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from infancy to 21 years old. We are in search of Behavior Technicians (BTs) to become integral members of our expanding team. Our BTs play a crucial role in the treatment process, providing individualized, one-on-one care in collaboration with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts within a center-based environment. Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing behavioral strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans and reporting progress
  • Assisting BCBAs in training families on the application of tailored treatment strategies
  • Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintaining open communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties
  • Physically engaging with clients during sessions, which may involve standing, sitting, bending, lifting, running, and other physical activities to keep pace with children aged 2-15 years
  • Performing any additional tasks as directed by BCBAs or LBAs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Capability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
