Key Responsibilities

  • Offer technical support and guidance to dealership service staff regarding vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all inquiries and cases; utilize databases to identify similar issues; update existing records and finalize completed cases. Evaluate situations from the customer’s perspective and suggest solutions that prioritize customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Gather and relay feedback from service technicians about procedural improvements to various departments across North America. Collaborate with colleagues from different functions and regions to fulfill reporting obligations.
  • Perform additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years in the automotive industry, along with at least one year of relevant professional experience.

Skills Required

  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes; proficient in utilizing technical service manuals and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet software, and other computer applications to produce standard documents efficiently. Typing proficiency of 30 words per minute or higher.

Educational Background

  • Associate's degree is preferred. Equivalent related coursework, seminars, and in-house training will also be considered. ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent is preferred.
