Educational Support Coordinator

In this classroom coordinator role, you will be compensated at a rate of $14 per hour. Your Contributions as a Learning Support Specialist
This part-time position requires working Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11:30 am to 8 pm.
As a Learning Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the RIP Parent Classroom Training manual to enhance learning experiences.
- Providing constructive feedback on assignments and modeling effective RIP techniques.
- Conducting monthly meetings with trained parents to discuss progress and strategies.
- Preparing program documentation and maintaining classroom resources.
- Collecting feedback for training improvement and supporting parents in learning appropriate behaviors.
Your efforts will significantly contribute to the success of our program and the development of vital skills among parents.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred experience working with young children exhibiting behavioral challenges and their families.
- Previous training in the RIP model is advantageous.
