Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Permanent Account Sales Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive growth within our sales division.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales strategy, account management, customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, sales forecasting, product expertise, sales presentations, market analysis, strategic planning, sales operations, team leadership, sales processes, and budgeting.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Account Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting and executing effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth in designated territories or business segments.
  • Building and nurturing key customer relationships while devising strategies to broaden the company's client base.
  • Conducting market analysis to gain insights into competitors and industry trends.
  • Delivering precise and comprehensive sales forecasts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to create lead generation initiatives.
  • Facilitating and leading team meetings to review sales performance, enhance product knowledge, and brainstorm strategies for sales enhancement.
  • Overseeing the sales process and establishing appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  • Planning and managing the sales team's budget while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Training the sales team on effective sales techniques, administrative processes, and product knowledge.
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure client satisfaction with products and services.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a sales leadership capacity, ideally as an Account Sales Executive.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, account management, customer relationship management, business development, negotiation, sales forecasting, product knowledge, sales presentations, market analysis, strategic planning, sales operations, team leadership, sales processes, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional negotiation and leadership abilities.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and a collaborative spirit.
  • Capability to comprehend client needs and navigate the negotiation process effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
