Our team members are the driving force behind our success, and we're excited about the direction our company is headed. As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize prospecting tools to generate leads
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet sales targets
  • Identify the full potential of targeted accounts and help them reach that potential
  • Engage leads through effective communication
  • Represent RLS at various tradeshows and conferences

Compensation:

Base salary of $45,000-$55,000 DOE, plus uncapped commission paid in perpetuity

Reports to and Direct Reports:

  • This position reports to the Business Development Manager, Freight Brokerage, and has 0 direct reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000-$55,000.00 per year
