What You'll Do
This position will collaborate with various teams (engineering, support, security, compliance, customer success, etc.) to facilitate deeper integration points, fostering rapid innovation.

As DocuSign undergoes a significant technological and cultural shift from Private Cloud Infrastructure to Public Cloud (Azure), you will be instrumental in driving this transition, influencing our operational evolution and promoting a genuine DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, manage, and oversee the vulnerability management process.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to evaluate and address vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting of vulnerability findings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and uphold audit frameworks and controls.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and rectify any deficiencies.
  • Partner with the security team to bolster the overall security posture.
  • Engage in incident response and security incident management.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and security best practices.
  • Formulate and sustain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to validate preparedness.
  • Coordinate recovery efforts during incidents.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding vulnerability management and security issues.
  • Engage with representatives from various business units to offer necessary support.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships across the organization.
Job Designation
This role is classified as Hybrid: Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum in-office presence expected.

What You Bring
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Over 12 years of experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in vulnerability management, security, and compliance, including BCDR.
• Proficiency in vulnerability scanning tools and security frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications and experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices.

Wage Transparency
In accordance with applicable legislation, below are the pay ranges for specific locations:
California: $151,800 - $245,150 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800 - $214,350 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
