Role Summary
Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance Business Unit plays a vital role in addressing our clients' technical program management requirements. As we continue to expand, we are looking for skilled Technical Project Managers (TPMs) at the consultant level and above, who have a proven track record in client-facing roles across various disciplines:

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client solutions as part of an on-site or remote project team.
  • Oversee project management activities.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to internal communications and readiness activities.
  • Provide comprehensive status reports on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Maintain program documentation as a repository for all project-related information.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.
  • Conduct research and business analysis to support project objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of client proposals.
  • Support practice development, thought leadership, and team growth.

Consulting Expertise
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Deliver complex client projects, defining frameworks and ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Manage timelines and workflows for themselves and their teams, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Coach team members in preparing client deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
  • Communicate complex ideas and decisions to team members and clients, including senior management.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide tailored solutions to client challenges.
  • Foster teamwork and motivate consultants to enhance performance.
  • Build credibility with clients, challenging existing approaches and offering innovative solutions.
  • Define project frameworks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure accurate status reporting and maintain project documentation.

Business Development Skills
Successful candidates will also be adept at:

  • Independently writing business proposals and presentations.
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Communicating relevant information regarding new business activities to management and team leaders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management consulting experience.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI solution implementation.
  • Ability to partner with program managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate project requirements and priorities.
  • Experience working with Product Owners and engineering teams to implement business solutions.
  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps, goals, and metrics.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • Experience in risk identification and management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
