Position Overview:

The Senior Technical Program Manager at Human Interest plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission to provide accessible retirement benefits to all employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with design, product management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless planning and execution across various projects.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks to project execution by clarifying project scopes, eliminating obstacles, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Assist teams in developing timelines, establishing objectives, and pinpointing key milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and objectives in a clear and audience-appropriate manner.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by creating and refining processes related to project execution, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee long-term strategic initiatives such as roadmap development, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Spot opportunities for increased productivity and organizational impact.
  • Foster a culture of focus, accountability, and delivery throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership capabilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Program Management within a relevant sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various functions.
