Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Vehicle Performance to lead the development of key vehicle attributes such as ride quality, handling, steering, and braking on our innovative products. This role involves overseeing prototype execution that showcases the forefront of electric vehicle technology.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of vehicle dynamics and how various systems interact to enhance overall performance. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure that all team members are aligned with project timelines and delivery expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Vehicle Dynamics team and engage cross-functionally with engineers, program managers, and senior leadership to support vehicle development and architecture.
- Establish and maintain performance targets, development schedules, test documentation, and benchmarking comparisons, disseminating this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Organize test trips globally to align with product development milestones and attribute achievements.
- Manage logistics for vehicle shipments, equipment, and personnel as necessary.
- Oversee the development vehicle fleet, including vehicle distribution, testing strategies, upgrades, and software/hardware configurations.
- Work closely with the Chassis Mechanical and Electronics teams to ensure that advanced hardware, software, and electrical components meet performance targets and timelines.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle dynamics development, preferably in luxury or performance vehicles or motorsport.
- At least 3 years of program management experience, including expertise in cost, quality, timing, and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle attributes, suspension systems, and tuning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in a dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with a strong aptitude for technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel as required (20-30%).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in automotive engineering or related fields.
- Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools (e.g., ADAMS, Dymola, Carsim, MatLab, Python).
- Understanding of vehicle assembly processes and practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with business insight to support team innovation and execution.

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
