Your Role:
We are in search of a proficient Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee our interiors division. This position involves collaborating with a talented group of engineers to drive the development of innovative interior solutions. You will be responsible for managing various scheduling tasks across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams, including design, craftsmanship, user experience, supply chain, and vehicle safety, to guide design initiatives.
- Balance the workload of engineers to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule.
- Lead the Simultaneous Engineering Team (SET) in delegating product/component delivery responsibilities.
- Ensure accountability among project and technical leads for the successful delivery of each component.

Project Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Gantt charts for multiple design initiatives.
- Monitor progress and foster teamwork to meet project milestones.
- Interface with testing departments and suppliers to ensure timely validation for vehicle production.
- Utilize tools such as Jira for task management and Confluence for disseminating critical information.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Proven expertise in program management within technical domains, particularly automotive interiors.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in creating and utilizing Gantt charts and basic CAD skills, preferably in CATIA.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leading design releases and engineering change requests.
- Knowledge of vehicle development processes from concept to launch.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
