Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge luxury electric vehicles. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing firmware and hardware components for our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain firmware and hardware design knowledge for ARM-based microprocessors and microcontrollers.
- Design and implement automated test scripts for executing DVT and Compliance test cases, along with generating summary reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.
- Develop and maintain test frameworks using Python or other Object-Oriented Programming languages.
- Work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in firmware development (C/C++) and test software development on ARM-based microprocessors and microcontrollers.
- Proficient in one of C++, Python, Golang, Scala.
- Experience writing and shipping customer-facing code.
- High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Willingness to learn new technologies in any area of the stack: Vehicle Control, Routing/Guidance Algorithms, Server Infrastructure, UI, Embedded Systems.
- Competitive salary range: $163,700 - $220,000 USD.
