Client Success Specialist at Zillow

The key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
Your primary focus will be to ensure our clients achieve success with our services, guiding them through the initial setup and activation process within their first 90 days.
You will develop expertise in real estate lead generation, conversion strategies, sales enhancement, and exceptional customer service.
You will proactively reach out to new clients via calls, texts, and emails to ensure they are on a path to success.You will assist clients in implementing strategies and tools that yield tangible business results, balancing goal identification with achievement.
You will conduct kickoff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing strategy discussions via virtual platforms to maximize client engagement with our system.
Your role will involve managing relationships with key accounts, performing regular check-ins, and establishing trust as a reliable advisor.
You will identify opportunities to create enthusiastic advocates by connecting clients with our top resources, tools, and educational materials.
When clients recognize the value they receive, it benefits everyone involved.
You will monitor accounts to ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any potential signs of disengagement.
You will represent client needs and feedback across the organization.
You will inform clients about new features and functionalities that can enhance their experience and add value to their operations.
Work EnvironmentThis position is categorized as remote, allowing you to work from a location of your choice, provided it is within the United States.
In certain states, the standard compensation range for this role is competitive and may vary based on experience and performance.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing success role with enterprise-level accounts in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A strong internal drive and ability to adapt quickly while assisting clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional yet engaging demeanor.
- Based in the USA, with a home office equipped with reliable internet and minimal distractions.
- A growth mindset and a desire to consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Experience working remotely is considered advantageous.
