Your foremost objective will be to ensure our clients thrive with our platform and assist them in achieving optimal setup and activation within their initial 90 days of engagement.
You will develop into a knowledgeable and diligent expert in all aspects of real estate lead generation, conversion strategies, sales enhancement, and customer service.
You will proactively reach out to new clients through calls, texts, and emails to ensure they are progressing towards success.
Your role will involve aiding clients in implementing strategies and tools that yield tangible business results. This includes identifying clear, actionable goals and consistently working towards achieving them.
You will conduct kickoff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing strategy discussions via virtual platforms to ensure clients maximize their use of the system—focusing on uncovering significant opportunities rather than merely product usage.
You will manage relationships with key accounts, performing regular check-ins and nurturing rapport as their trusted advisor.
Your aim will be to create enthusiastic advocates by connecting them with the best resources, tools, and educational opportunities available.
When clients express the value they receive, it creates a win-win situation for everyone involved.
You will monitor accounts to guarantee client satisfaction and proactively address any signs of potential churn.
You will represent client needs and requests across the organization.
You will inform clients about newly launched features and functionalities, demonstrating how these tools can generate additional value for them.

- Experience in real estate is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A strong internal drive and a proactive mindset; we adapt swiftly and support numerous clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional yet engaging demeanor.
- Based in the USA, with a home office equipped with fast internet and a distraction-free environment.

- Experience with remote work is considered advantageous.
