Role Summary:
Support the Human Resources Department with various employee-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
The following tasks represent the general duties that an individual in this role may be expected to perform. The daily responsibilities may differ.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Director with administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and maintain the HRIS (Paycom) as necessary.
- Support coordinators with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll tasks as required.
- Facilitate the recruitment and interview process, including conducting reference and social media checks.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain I-9 documentation for employees.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Conduct orientations for new hires.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality, following instructions and responding to management guidance.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Assistant role.
- Certification or Associate's degree, or ongoing education in the HR field.
