Role Summary:

Support the Human Resources Department with various employee-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

The following tasks represent the general duties that an individual in this role may be expected to perform. The daily responsibilities may differ.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Director with administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Ensure all employee records are up-to-date and maintain the HRIS (Paycom) as necessary.
  • Support coordinators with recruitment, onboarding, and payroll tasks as required.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and interview process, including conducting reference and social media checks.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain I-9 documentation for employees.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct orientations for new hires.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Director.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, following instructions and responding to management guidance.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Assistant role.
  • Certification or Associate's degree, or ongoing education in the HR field.
