Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute detailed eCommerce plans aimed at boosting online revenue, improving customer interactions, and elevating brand visibility.
  • Work alongside various teams to enhance website functionality, focusing on user experience, site navigation, and overall design.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of website metrics, consumer patterns, and industry developments to uncover potential enhancements and propose actionable strategies.
  • Design and launch digital marketing initiatives across diverse platforms, including email outreach, social media promotions, and search engine advertising.
  • Refine product presentations and content on eCommerce sites to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and search engine performance.
  • Oversee collaborations with external partners and agencies to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing strategies.
  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of eCommerce campaigns, delivering insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and best practices, proactively seeking new avenues for growth and enhancement.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on comprehensive data analysis and a thorough understanding of their objectives.
  • Engage with clients to create and implement innovative approaches that drive eCommerce success and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of digital marketing training programs for clients, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in eCommerce and digital marketing, identifying opportunities to utilize emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing effective eCommerce strategies that generate revenue growth.
  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as PowerBI.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
