Key Responsibilities- Act as the creative visionary for all UJUU brands, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
- Oversee the development of marketing strategies and aesthetic evolution for the company and its brands.
- Define and implement brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all products and communications.
- Recruit and mentor a team of creative professionals, including art directors, illustrators, and copywriters.
- Manage the daily operations of the creative team, assigning tasks and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
- Foster a culture of creativity by leading brainstorming sessions and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new insights into marketing strategies.
- Review and refine creative content, providing constructive feedback to enhance team output.
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Experience in multidisciplinary creative roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design, particularly in eCommerce and social media.
- Expertise in brand development and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
