Position Summary:

The Ecommerce and CRM Associate Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining the online sales platform and customer relationship management systems. This position is responsible for developing and executing ecommerce strategies, overseeing the CRM system, analyzing data to elevate customer experiences, and driving sales growth through digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in ecommerce, CRM systems, digital marketing, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish workflows and standards for data entry, analysis, and reporting within the CRM platform.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the ecommerce channel through automation and backend improvements.
  • Support ecommerce business units in advancing the omni-channel strategy on a global scale.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of website backend operations and optimize frontend functionalities.
  • Utilize the CRM service to ensure data requirements are met for direct-to-consumer operations.
  • Generate customized reports for the Ecommerce Director to identify customer and product trends that require attention.
  • Collaborate proactively with the Marketing team to create new business opportunities and strategize events.
  • Leverage data to work with Marketing and E-Commerce teams to develop multifaceted communication programs aimed at driving sales.
  • Engage with spa partners to analyze market trends and identify areas for growth.
  • Network to cultivate new business opportunities within targeted spa markets, offering exclusive services to select clients.
  • Analyze and generate data reports for online-enabled partners, clearly communicating areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Develop creative briefs aligned with strategic objectives, target audiences, and product positioning.
  • Troubleshoot UX/UI or software issues that hinder effective interactions between users and technology by monitoring and evaluating strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual with expertise in CRM and ecommerce platforms.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ecommerce and email marketing, preferably within a luxury brand or skincare environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce: Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Design skills are a plus for creating email templates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to discern patterns and trends from data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage brand and customer expectations and foster loyal relationships.
  • Experience in launching and building CRM tools, including integration with internal systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical issues and customization requests.
  • Organizational skills to manage competing demands from various stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills for effective communication with internal partners through training materials.
