The Role
  • As the Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind the creative vision that unifies our marketing, branding, and creative initiatives across all UJUU brands.
  • You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing departments, defining our aesthetic direction, and evolving our brand identities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and define the visual brand identity for each UJUU brand and property.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative strategies and guidelines across various projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Establish brand standards and procedures to maintain brand integrity across all products.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead teams of creative professionals, including art directors, illustrators, and copywriters.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the creative team, managing project assignments, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Foster professional growth among team members through training and guidance.
  • Analyze market trends and new data to stay ahead of the latest marketing techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of team efforts and recommend future strategies.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative ideas.
  • Create compelling and well-crafted content that speaks directly to the UJUU community.
  • Review and refine content and presentations, providing constructive feedback to the team.
