Job Summary

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of digital content to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Management: Aggregate and organize information from various internal and external sources to ensure all assets are ordered and tracked in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with multiple internal groups and outside facilities to ensure all necessary materials are created and delivered per established workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly investigate and resolve material rejections, and communicate with clients and other teams as needed to mitigate the impact on other clients.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, Product Management groups, and Artwork/Metadata team to deliver high volumes of digital content for launches and troubleshoot issues.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain reports of all product licenses, delivery requirements, and status of servicing, and update purchase order and inventory systems with relevant delivery and invoice information.
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding content or deliveries, and assist in metadata and art delivery when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize Client portals for the purpose of tracking materials and problem-solving, and react quickly to resolve short-term issues without losing track of longer-term tasks.
Desired Characteristics
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Positive work ethic with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Digital Content Knowledge: Familiarity with digital content as distributed via New Media, such as online sales/rentals, game consoles, subscription services, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Knowledge of Excel, including Macros (VBA), Databases, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other Advanced Formulas.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Film/TV Distribution or Operations.
  • Workflow Understanding: Knowledge of videotape, digital encoding formats, and electronic delivery methods.
  • Project Management: Project management skills - able to collect project requirements from stakeholders, author a plan of action with goals and timelines, delegate tasks efficiently with concise instructions and follow through with completion without missing deadlines.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Superior ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external clients/customers, and detail-oriented problem solver capable of identifying the problem, thinking of and implementing a solution.
  • Adaptability and Leadership: Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, changing priorities, and processing systems, and proven leader with the ability to motivate others and accomplish group goals.
