Service Operations Coordinator

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions related to the onboarding of new and renewed loans, which includes:
- Verifying that KYC documentation is complete for new loans;
- Managing the crediting process of loan application fees to the correct general ledger account, authorizing payments, and conducting quarterly reconciliations;
- Assisting Account Officers and clients in investigating any questioned account activities;
- Handle all administrative duties associated with the establishment of new deposit accounts, including:
- Ensuring KYC compliance for new accounts;
- Facilitating an efficient Cash Management system interface;
- Assisting clients with check ordering requests;
- Supporting Account Officers and clients in resolving any questioned account activities;
- Manage the transfer of credit file/document data to the Imaging System;
- Administer all loan advances and repayments, which may involve advance files for construction loans;
- Oversee the administrative aspects of all manual wire transfer requests;
- Coordinate with the Facilities department regarding equipment and supplies;
- Collaborate with the Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration departments;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Account Officers;
- Proficiency and experience with Loan IQ and FISERV systems;
- Strong skills in utilizing the Microsoft Office software suite;
- Proven problem-solving abilities;
- Interpersonal skills that foster a collaborative team environment;
The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 at the commencement of employment. Salary offers are determined on an individual basis, considering factors such as skills, experience, and existing client relationships. In addition to the base salary, our total rewards package includes eligibility for incentive compensation, comprehensive medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, an employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
