Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact among brokers, airlines, clients, and service providers.
- Compile and distribute pre-flight and post-flight documentation.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and facilitate smooth transitions to brokers.
- Monitor flight schedules and oversee departures.
- Maintain accurate logs of flight times and related data.
- Communicate updates and address any issues regarding flight operations.
- Possess knowledge or experience in flight planning processes.
- Prepare comprehensive flight documentation for confirmed charters.
- Keep clients and brokers informed about flight progress as needed.
- Resolve any challenges that arise during pre-flight, in-flight, or post-flight activities.
- Experience in aviation or airport operations.
