Position Summary
This dynamic role involves addressing customer needs both in-person and over the phone.
Utilize your communication expertise to clarify warranty options, coordinate schedules between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote our products and services.
Compensation:
$24.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries in person and via phone.
- Communicate warranty options effectively.
- Coordinate time commitments between technicians and customers.
- Oversee checkout procedures and promote products and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.
- Strong communication skills to assist customers with sales and complaints, ensuring retention and loyalty.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
Completion and maintenance of all required training courses and modules for this position are mandatory.
