About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employer-Partner Success Director. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and developing relationship strategies with existing partners, while growing revenues. You'll work closely with our GM, Enterprise, to develop and refine renewal and upsell strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Pursuit externally, generating enthusiasm and new leads at every opportunity.
  • Lead and drive employer-partnership development strategies to increase revenue and deepen existing relationships.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop and refine renewal and upsell strategies.
  • Develop engagement strategies involving key personnel at existing partners.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience building and managing B2B customer relationships, ideally managing large-scale enterprise partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in leveraging customer relationships to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
