Job Title: Partner Success Manager

Aescape is seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for supporting our early partners with the launch, support, and execution of the Aescape experience within their business and to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the account management team to understand the needs of our partners and provide tailored support.
  • Provide in-person support to partner attendants, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for issues or errors, working closely with Aescape's support team to resolve problems.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our partners to deliver a fully white-glove experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or health and wellness industry.
  • Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members, clients, and senior management.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
