Territory Sales Manager

Sheds 365 Sales, LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee all sales activities in assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing sales locations, expanding business with new locations, and increasing sales of portable storage buildings and carports.
Key responsibilities include analyzing current sales and volume, scheduling regular sales calls and location visits with sales associates and dealers, following up with locations to ensure targets are met, and utilizing product knowledge and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and opportunities. Additionally, the Territory Sales Manager will set up and manage 5-7 sales locations within designated territories, assist in the setup of new sales dealers or locations, and contribute to new product ideas and identifying opportunities to gain profitable sales volume.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of outside/inside sales success and a history of accomplishments
- Experience in objective selling, the sales process, and relationship sales in the finance and rent-to-own industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and the ability to learn Company-specific applications and software
- Quality and customer satisfaction focus, as well as proficiency in computer skills including database handling and Microsoft Office 365
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus multi-layered bonus structure.
