About the Role

Culligan International Company is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for promoting Zip Water products to luxury kitchen appliance retailers, designers, and builders in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in outside or B2B sales, with a strong background in the luxury appliance or plumbing industry. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Building Sciences, or Construction is required, with management major preferred. Previous sales and/or account management skills are essential, along with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct regular trade trainings and lunch-and-learns to educate partners on Zip Water products
  • Forecast, strategize, and communicate growth objectives with partners
  • Host live events to generate activity and promote new product launches

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
