Business Development Role

We are seeking an Area Business Development Manager to join our team at Sheds 365 Sales, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales of portable storage buildings and carports through your assigned territory. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in a dynamic and exciting industry.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current sales and volume, scheduling regular sales calls and location visits with sales associates and dealers, and following up with locations to ensure targets are met. Additionally, you will utilize product knowledge and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and opportunities, set up and manage 5-7 sales locations within designated territories, and contribute to new product ideas and identifying opportunities to gain profitable sales volume.

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a proven record of outside/inside sales success and a history of accomplishments
  • Experience in objective selling, the sales process, and relationship sales in the finance and rent-to-own industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and the ability to learn Company-specific applications and software
  • Quality and customer satisfaction focus, as well as proficiency in computer skills including database handling and Microsoft Office 365

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus multi-layered bonus structure.
