We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Territory Sales Consultant to join our team at Stine Seed Company in Hamilton county, Nebraska.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales to leverage their expertise and drive business growth in our well-established territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proven sales techniques, and a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Stine seed products and services to effectively communicate value to customers and dealerships.
- Manage and expand existing dealer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Implement and communicate Stine's sales programs and policies, ensuring seamless execution across the region.
- Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in agribusiness, including roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in proven sales techniques and negotiation strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
