Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary technical liaison for clients.
Analyze standards and apply relevant requirements to products under evaluation.
Develop and execute testing protocols.
Perform tests in alignment with established standards and procedures, documenting outcomes.
Verify that testing equipment is properly calibrated and functioning.
Communicate with and provide updates to the department manager and/or technical manager and/or department director.
Support the training of junior engineers and technicians as needed.
Review documentation and reports generated by project engineers.
Oversee multiple ongoing projects.
Prepare certification documentation and associated reports.
Assist management in providing estimates for projects.
Collaborate with sales teams to secure new business opportunities.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management, provided that the necessary experience or knowledge is available to perform such tasks.

Experience with various testing standards
Experience in developing client quotes
1-3 years of experience as a product safety engineer in a testing facility/laboratory, focusing on Industrial and/or Medical Device standards
Excellent communication skills (both external and internal)
Knowledge of product safety regulations and certification assessment
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
