  • Supervise the development and enforcement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls to effectively manage and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Continuously monitor and assess regulatory changes and industry trends, adjusting compliance practices and policies as necessary.
  • Provide strategic counsel and insights to senior management and the board of directors regarding compliance issues and risk management.
  • Lead and oversee the compliance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or Juris Doctor (JD) is preferred.
  • Significant experience in compliance management, including senior leadership roles and program development.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and implement effective compliance strategies and controls.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with senior executives, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) are advantageous.
