We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to become part of our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precisely record attorney hours and manage billing expense reports
  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including drafting and reviewing
  • Organize meetings, court appearances, and appointments
  • Maintain well-structured case files
  • Prepare legal briefs and associated documentation
  • Professionally communicate with clients and court officials
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support various administrative functions as required
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal administrative capacity
  • Expertise in legal billing and document preparation
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and legal research tools
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
  • Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
