Position Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and talented Executive Administrative Coordinator to assist the Sales Vice President at our Walnut Creek office. In this capacity, you will serve as the essential support for the SVP, managing their calendar and driving internal operational enhancements. Your role will involve providing comprehensive administrative assistance, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and tracking departmental achievements.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all meeting logistics for the SVP, including preparation, agenda setting, conference call arrangements, and coordination with all participants, such as clients, vendors, and executive partners.
  • Manage travel logistics, expense documentation, and visa applications, including communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the SVP or the Director of Executive Project Operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly business review materials, operational updates, and periodic KPI reports.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate business strategies and plans across various levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in report automation (including pivots, VLOOKUPs, macros) and Microsoft PowerPoint for data visualization.
  • Experienced in utilizing personal computers and software applications, including MS Office, Org-Chart Software, Concur, SAP, and Salesforce for reporting and data verification.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively while managing resources efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with colleagues and management across diverse cultures and levels.
  • Advanced project planning and management skills applicable to all sales and operational activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses based on annual objectives. Our extensive benefits include a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical, dental, life, and disability coverage, as well as paid time off and sick leave.

The salary range for this position is $81,516 - $108,688. This range reflects the annual base salary only and does not account for a 20% quarterly bonus target or additional incentives and benefits that may apply. The salary range is subject to change.
