Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to internal employees, drafting tickets, and troubleshooting issues over the phone or escalating them as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tickets in the ticket portal and close out around 100 tickets per month
  • Provide phone support to internal employees, drafting tickets and troubleshooting issues
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as needed
  • Travel locally to other locations to resolve hands-on issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a helpdesk or Service Desk role providing mostly phone support
  • Direct experience with hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 experience and ability to remoting into users and troubleshooting using remote software
  • Experience with imaging using SCCM and Intune, as well as mobile device troubleshooting
  • Microsoft and Adobe troubleshooting experience
  • Ticketing system experience, preferably with ServiceNow
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment, specifically with Crestron
