Job Summary

As a Service Desk Specialist at Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, chats, and self-service tickets from end-users
Track status and progress to resolution
Adhere to policies and procedures set by the client
Open, log, prioritize, assign, and close calls logged in the IT Service Desk
Route enquiries to Resolver Groups as appropriate
Escalate tickets which have not been resolved by SD, in accordance with escalation procedures
Provide status and updates on tickets to authorized users

Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in IT service management tools and software
