Service Desk Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to internal employees, drafting tickets, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support to internal employees, resolving issues and escalating complex problems as needed
- Draft and manage tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and closure
- Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing your expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Remotely access user systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or Service Desk role, with a focus on phone support
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting, including Windows 10 and remote access software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comptia certifications
- Microsoft certifications
- Experience with Crestron and SCCM
- Intune, iPad, or mobile device troubleshooting experience
