Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, chats, and self-service tickets from end-users and track status and progress to resolution.
Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates on tickets.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in a similar role or a related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
