Military Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance to high-ranking officials. Create and manage administrative documentation while generating and disseminating general communications. Offer logistical support for meetings, maintain an automated daily agenda of all engagements, oversee office secretarial functions proactively, and suggest modifications to technical or administrative documents as necessary. Evaluate all incoming correspondence, including publications, regulations, and directives, and direct them to the appropriate sections, offices, and personnel as required. Utilize knowledge of administrative principles to formulate new procedures aimed at minimizing conflict and redundancy in work efforts. Act as a personal staff liaison to foster strong working relationships with both internal and external offices. Implement protocols to ensure the protection of classified information and execute other administrative duties essential for daily office operations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
  • 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in calendar management
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing travel arrangements
  • Experience interfacing with the Department of Defense
  • Familiarity with electronic record management and the Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully, advising personnel at all levels while promoting positive business relationships
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in scheduling conferences and events for senior military personnel
  • Background as a Protocol Officer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Compensation at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including but not limited to location, individual qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
